Morning Workouts...

...suck. But that didn't stop me from making it to the gym this morning before work for a 20-minute session on the bike! This, after I did cardio last night for 25 minutes.

  1. The best part of morning work outs is that you know you are done for the day. The worst part for me is that I tend to get cold when I'm done. Keep at it.
